Most customers order our workstations directly from The Kitchen
Works in Center Valley, PA. Some of our customers from around
the country have visited this extensive showroom to select their
workstations, but most have simply used our
catalog, this web site and our design services to order their
YesterTec pieces. The Kitchen Works is available to designers and
individuals on an appointment only basis. Simply call us to arrange
an appointment and indicate if you are coming for general information
or if you have room layouts and wish to have a design session.
Kitchen Works Information Sessions: We will introduce our line of products and demonstrate how they may work with your plans.

We are available to answer questions relating to our products or services. We offer design direction to promote the successful integration of our products into your design. Designing with workstations usually generates many questions, so please call us at

Design Sessions:
By appointment only, we will help to plan a room utilizing YesterTec products. The sessions can be accomplished in person or remotely by using fax and phone communication techniques. 1/8" or 1/4" scaled plans must be supplied to us, indicating all existing or proposed room features. Initial planning utilizes 2-D techniques. Once the 2-D planning is completed and preliminary price quotes have been approved, the design can be digitized and a plan and 3-D computer generated design rendering of the design can be produced as noted below.
3-D Renderings:
Computer generated 3-D color renderings are available for those who wish to view the design created above in 3-D. Most of the design concepts that utilize our products can be modeled, but not all of the available options for our models can be graphically illustrated.
Shop Drawings: YesterTec can prepare 2-D shop drawings prior to finalizing an order if the exact look of the finished stock piece is required. Generally this step is not needed when
selecting pieces directly from our catalog. However, a $25.00 per piece (elevations only) non-refundable fee will be charged to prepare shop drawings for stock pieces.
Custom Services:
Alterations to any YesterTec piece is considered a custom order. 2-D Shop drawings for custom orders shall be required for approval and will require a non-refundable fee that is based on the extent of the custom request.
Price Quotations: YesterTec can quote starting and
average prices for most of our pieces right over the phone for all
customers. Exact price quotes for each piece are generated with
our exclusive computer pricing system once all selections have been
made using the catalog's selection sheet process.
Delivery Services:
Our workstations are blanket wrapped and delivered by an independent carrier that is accustomed to providing the special handling services that high quality furniture requires. These services are provided as an additional cost. (See Product Ordering Procedures)
Installation Services: YesterTec does not provide
installation services. However, our workstations are packed with
instructions that outline the required installation procedures.
All workstation enclosures (workstations that enclose appliances)
are packed with the installation procedures required for appliance
installation.

Please Note: The YesterTec Design Company will not be responsible for any design decision that is made resulting from any of our consulting services. There are simply too many factors that affect the design
that may not surface during any sort of consultation or service that we offer.
