The Amazing (Cost Saving) Limited Edition Armoire Kitchen

For some time now, many people have been interested in our award winning UK68B-CSR-MH Armoire Mini-Kitchen for its ability to conceal a fully functional kitchen in such a small space.  But its Average price of $13,199 and its production time of 8 to 12 weeks has put this unique piece out of range for so many.

So we have come up with a way to save cost and production time by offering a Limited Edition UK66-LE-CSR-MH. We are pre-building a few pieces at once that have simplified styling so that they can be finished and shipped in less time than our normal pieces. We hope that we'll have an armoire ready to complete at all times. 

The LE models that are built of Maple are available in unstained maple or any of our standard paint colors. Models built of Cherry are available in unstained natural cherry and three other stain colors. Three different door styles and three crown styles are available as well. They have the same interior dimensions and similar 120V appliance choices as the regular UK68Bs including YesterTec’s patented technology that allows ‘hot’ appliances to be safely concealed.

Dimensions taken at the countertop are 68 1/2" wide x 27 3/4" deep. Heights start at 83 1/2" with smallest available crown molding.

The  variety of styling choices enable these special armoires to fit into many designs themes including Shaker, Mission, Traditional or Contemporary/Asian. The factory image shown above shows a natural maple UK66-LE just before it is shipped. This model includes a Kitchen-Aid refrigerator/freezer/icemaker drawer model, a Fisher Paykel dishwasher drawer, a GE 1.8CF microwave/exhaust hood and a large cove crown molding as option upgrades, bringing its total price to $10,248 plus shipping. Styled with our least expensive options, the Starting price is $7970 plus shipping.  Other options will make this price increase, but its Average Price is $9801 plus shipping.  That’s about $3400 less than the UK68B’s average price noted above!!!

The starting price noted above represents a complete unstained maple ‘LE’ model and includes flat panel doors, solid surface Platinum Granite Hi-macs countertop with undermounted 18 ga. Stainless steel sink and 1 1/2" molding only crown. Appliances include a Summit refrigerator with manual defrost freezer, Kenyon 2 burner ceramic cooktop, and a G.E. 1.5CF microwave/exhaust hood.

Most mini-kitchens made by other manufacturers feature exposed appliances and keep the messy countertop in view at all times. The 72" wide mini-kitchen shown above can be purchaced from A.J.Madison.com. To compare it to our UK66-LE model shown above, it can be ordered with a dishwasher instead of the oven, a refrigerator with an icemaker and an over-the-range microwave exhaust hood instead of the separate exhaust fan and small microwave and it's price is $10,333+.  

The image above is a UK68B-CSR-MH, but it is very similar to an LE Model's interior. Upgrades to the starting price shown include: Painted Finish, Dishwasher,Faucet, an Advantium oven/Hood and a Light Bar.
